SHIPPING COST
Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $14.00 except for bulky items such as fish tanks/terrariums (glass) and furniture. For fish tanks/terrariums (glass) and furniture can be arranged to be picked up or have it delivered using your own courier company.
Delivery time depends on the courier company and your location but in the Sydney Metro, usually it is 2-3 days. Also, please note, weekend and Public holidays can also delay your delivery.
Post office Box are not acceptable, a street address will be required for prompt delivery.
