By Australian Consumer Law:

“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”

Monaco Pet and Aquariums assess the problems in the following category:

  1. Minor Problem

For minor problems, Monaco Pet and Aquariums will repair and return the product to you with in a reasonable time frame at free of charge. If this reasonable timeframe can’t be met then Monaco Pet and Aquariums can offer you a similar product at free of charge with your agreement.

  1. Major Problem

For major problems, Monaco Pet and Aquariums will offer you a repair or a replacement of similar product free of charge or a refund.

  1. All returns are at the buyer’s expense.
